Toronto 2012

First International Left Hand Path Conference

Toronto, Ontario · Summer 2012 · In person

The opening weekend. Produced by Jeremy Crow as a gathering for the whole Left Hand Path rather than a single school, coven, or order. The aim was the same as the Luciferian Research Society’s public ethos: put people from different lineages in one room and let collaboration outrun grievance.

Jeremy Crow also gave a talk, as he did at every later gathering in this line.

Talks and panel

Confirmed lectures include Jeremy Crow, Ryan Murray, Rosmarinus Stehlik, and Laurie Pneumatikos. Salako Kalfou sat on the closing panel discussion. He is believed to have given a talk as well. The title is not recovered. Jeremy Crow missed most of that panel because he had already gone to the Cadillac Lounge to help set up the live music.

What survives

Founder’s account; recovered site copy; the Light Bringers artist list and dates; Freeland’s Vimeo record; the Chaos Divine clip; names from the Cadillac Lounge and the cabaret. Talk titles from the lecture hall are still thin.

What does not

No public multi-camera record of the lectures comparable to 2021. One Cadillac Lounge band name, further cabaret names, and Salako Kalfou’s talk title remain open.
